Wouldn’t it be great to know the future? Conscious leaders know that while it’s important to track trends and strategically prepare for the future, the real talent is to consciously co-create your future. In other words, be aware of how circumstances are shifting around you, but know how to leverage your strengths to create the most beneficial outcomes possible.

Pumble is interested in how to create a great remote worker employee experience. My key advice was that leaders and managers need to actively work on engaging team members. This means focusing on 1:1 meeting to truly understand each employee’s unique needs.
